The IPD Billet Upper Engine Torque Mount is engineered to address the slop and excessive deflection found in the stock torque rod on Volvo P3 chassis vehicles. This performance upgrade is the result of extensive development, designed from the ground up to provide a durable and effective solution. The mount is constructed from a full CNC-machined billet aluminum unit, paired with 70A polyurethane bushings. This combination is specifically chosen to significantly limit engine movement during acceleration and cornering, providing a more connected driving feel without introducing excessive vibration or noise. The clear anodized finish ensures long-term corrosion protection, and the integrated IPD logo signifies a commitment to quality. Installation is straightforward, designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory component. It can typically be installed in about twenty minutes using basic hand tools, making it a quick and easy upgrade for both performance and visual enhancement. NOTE: For international customers, this mount fits 4 and 5 cylinder P3 chassis diesel models. It is a bolt-in product for any P3 chassis 4, 5, or 6 cylinder model.
