The Hinson Complete Billetproof Clutch Kit is a performance upgrade designed for the Yamaha YZ450FX 2024-2025. This kit includes a Billetproof® clutch cover, inner hub, pressure plate, spring, and fiber & steel plates. It is precision machined from billet T-6 aircraft quality aluminum with a hard coat finish for enhanced wear resistance.

The Hinson Complete Billetproof Clutch Kit is a high-performance upgrade for your Yamaha YZ450FX 2024-2025. Constructed from billet T-6 aircraft quality aluminum, each component is machined to aerospace tolerances and hard coated for a wear resistance that is five times greater than stock, assuming proper maintenance. The kit includes a Billetproof® clutch cover, inner hub, pressure plate, spring, and a complete set of fiber and steel plates. Installation of this clutch kit leads to a more precise and smoother clutch engagement, as the balanced assembly spins truer, generating less heat when the clutch is disengaged. This also contributes to improved heat dissipation, extending the life of your clutch system and enhancing its overall performance. Furthermore, the design helps to reduce clutch chatter for a more refined riding experience.
