The Lectron Billetron Pro is a high-performance, track-adjustable carburetor engineered to replace stock components in 125cc-300cc two-stroke motorcycles. Developed in collaboration with professional engine builders, this unit utilizes an engineered bore design to maximize volumetric efficiency and airflow dynamics. Its three-circuit fuel delivery system—comprised of a metering rod, torque jet, and power jet—allows for isolated, real-time adjustments across the powerband, enabling riders to precisely tune air-fuel ratios without complex jet changes. Technical specifications include a 46mm spigot OD for the engine intake, a 62mm bell OD for the air intake, and an overall length of 78mm. The carburetor is equipped with a throttle position sensor (TPS) and a constant vacuum jetting system, which ensures consistent fuel delivery and immediate response. Installation requires careful verification of physical clearance; please measure your bike's intake dimensions against the provided 46mm spigot and 62mm bell diameters to ensure proper fitment.
