BIM Expansion OBD-II Interface

The Dakota Digital BIM-01-2 is an OBD-II (J1850/CAN) interface module that plugs directly into your vehicle's engine diagnostic port. It extracts engine and transmission data from the vehicle's computer (ECM) for use with Dakota Digital instrument systems.

This interface can collect and output data such as speedometer, tachometer, and engine temperature. Depending on the vehicle's ECM and sensor configuration, it may also provide intake air temperature, transmission temperature, ambient air temperature, gear position, oil pressure, and boost pressure. Earlier instrument systems with an aluminum control module are not compatible.
