Bipipe Set

The 034 Motorsport High-Flow Stainless Steel Bipipe Set is engineered to replace the restrictive OEM components in the 2.7T engine, aiming to eliminate a significant bottleneck and improve overall boost response. Constructed from precision mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, these bipipes are designed to minimize heat transfer from the engine bay to the charge air. They feature 2" diameter tubing with flared ends for a snug fit with intercooler outlet hoses and throttle body boots. The beaded ends are incorporated to ensure hoses remain securely in place even under boost pressure. This set includes 1" nipples for diverter valves and features integrated "stealth" water-methanol injection (WMI) bungs welded underneath, accommodating WMI kits. The design allows for direct bolt-on installation and is compatible with upgraded intercoolers and electric fan kits. This bipipe set is designed for direct installation on B5 Audi S4, C5 Audi A6, and C5 Audi Allroad models equipped with the 2.7T engine. Specifically, it fits the 2000-2002 Audi S4, the 1998-2004 Audi A6, and the 2001-2003 Audi Allroad.
