The 034Motorsport High-Flow Stainless Steel Bipipe Set is engineered to replace the restrictive OEM components on the 2.7T engine, effectively eliminating a significant bottleneck and enhancing boost response. Crafted from precision mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing, these bipipes are designed to minimize heat transfer from the engine bay to the charge air, contributing to more efficient operation. The construction features 2" diameter tubing with flared ends for a secure connection to OEM or aftermarket intercooler outlet hoses and throttle body boots. To ensure reliability under boost, each bipipe is equipped with beaded ends, preventing hoses from blowing off. Additionally, the set includes 1" nipples for diverter valves (a significant upgrade from the stock 3/4") and "stealth" water-methanol injection (WMI) bungs welded underneath for easy integration of WMI kits. The set is available in either a raw stainless steel finish or a wrinkle-coated black finish. It is compatible with all 2.7T equipped B5 Audi S4, C5 Audi A6, and C5 Audi Allroad models. Specific fitment includes the 2000-2002 Audi S4 (B5), 1998-2004 Audi A6 (C5), and 2001-2003 Audi Allroad (C5), all with the 2.7T engine.
