Bipipe Set 2.7T Stainless Steel

The 034Motorsport Bipipe Set is engineered to replace the restrictive OEM Audi bipipes on B5 Audi S4, C5 Audi A6, and C5 Audi Allroad models equipped with the 2.7T engine. By eliminating a significant flow restriction, this set aims to improve boost response and overall engine performance. Constructed from precision mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel, these bipipes are designed to minimize heat transfer from the engine bay to the charge air. They feature 2" diameter tubing with flared and beaded ends to ensure a secure fit with intercooler outlet hoses and throttle body boots, preventing hoses from blowing off under boost. The set includes 1" nipples for diverter valves (upgraded from the stock 3/4") and stealthy 1/8 NPT bungs for water-methanol injection (WMI) kits. Designed for direct bolt-on installation, the 034Motorsport Bipipe Set can accommodate upgraded intercoolers and electric fan kits. The package includes the bipipe pair, silicone reinforced diverter valve hoses, WMI bung plugs, and diverter valve hose clamps.
