The Eventuri Black Carbon Intake System for the Porsche Cayenne 3.0L Turbo V6 (EA839) is a comprehensive redesign of the factory air intake, developed to minimize restriction and enhance airflow efficiency for the single turbocharger. This system leverages Eventuri's expertise, replacing the stock airbox limitations with a precisely engineered carbon fiber solution aimed at delivering measurable performance gains and improving real-world driving dynamics. A primary restriction in the OEM system is the airbox lid, which limits the flow collector feeding the turbo inlet. Eventuri addresses this by increasing the height of the carbon fiber lid, creating a larger central flow collector that accommodates larger, bespoke cone filters. This design eliminates the bottleneck present in stock systems and other aftermarket alternatives that retain the original lid, resulting in a smoother, higher-energy airflow path to the turbocharger. The flow collector is constructed entirely from 100% prepreg carbon fiber, ensuring a smooth internal surface that maintains airflow velocity and reduces turbulence. This optimization allows the turbocharger to generate boost more efficiently, leading to improved throttle response and power delivery across the rev range, all while maintaining OEM-level fitment and thermal isolation.
