They feature laser-cut upper mounts, hand-welded lower brackets, and vehicle-specific valving, all assembled by hand for meticulous quality. These coilovers utilize urethane bushings to minimize vibrations and noise associated with everyday driving and suspension movements. For MacPherson-style suspensions, RS-R incorporates roller bearings to prevent spring twisting, which can occur as the suspension rotates with the steering wheel, thus eliminating associated noise. Rubber padding is also employed to further reduce potential noise from suspension movements. Both the front and rear dampers are 36-way adjustable, allowing users to fine-tune compression and rebound for optimal performance in various driving conditions. The system offers significant adjustment ranges: for Non F-Sport models, preset approximate front drop is -65mm and rear is -80mm, with maximum adjustment ranges of -45mm to -200mm front and -60mm to -145mm rear. For F-Sport models, preset approximate front drop is -50mm to -55mm and rear is -65mm to -70mm, with maximum ranges of -45mm to -200mm front and -65mm to -130mm rear. Spring rates are 18.00kg/mm front and 10.00kg/mm rear for both variants. Additionally, the upper mounts on select vehicles can be rotated 180 degrees to add approximately 1.5 degrees of camber from the preset setting. For more precise camber control, adjustable camber plates are available separately for select models. These coilovers are backed by a 1-year or 12,000-mile warranty.
