This limited warranty is the sole express warranty provided and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. Black Rhino products are not designed for use with any accessories or adapters other than those supplied and/or approved in writing by Black Rhino. Use of any non-approved accessory or adapter voids this warranty. To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must return the wheel for visual inspection to the retail or wholesale dealer from whom the product was originally purchased, along with a copy of the original sales receipt. If the dealer determines that the wheel has failed under the terms of this warranty, the wheel may be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the dealer. Repair or replacement does not include removal, shipping, installation, or reinstallation costs. This warranty expires upon transfer of title of any product by the original retail purchaser.
