The Sprintex 271A1001 Standard Supercharger system is engineered to provide a significant boost in performance for the RAM 1500 equipped with the 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine, from 2013 models to the present. A flash tuner is included to optimize the system's performance after installation. This supercharger system is noted for delivering increased torque, improving responsiveness from idle. The installation process is estimated to take approximately 8 hours and does not require assembly as the unit is fully integrated. The system comes in a black finish and includes an installation manual, manifold assembly, inlet pipe, silicone hose couplers, throttle body and MAP sensor loom extensions, idler pulley post, drive belt, and various fasteners and brackets for mounting. While this system offers substantial performance gains, it's important to note that some sources indicate potential reliability concerns with Sprintex superchargers. However, this specific kit is designed for a direct fit on the specified RAM 1500 models and includes all necessary components for a comprehensive upgrade.
