The Oregon Tool 100 Series 198-049 is a 21-inch mulching lawn mower blade designed for optimal performance. It features Ultra X-tended Cutting Length™ and double bevel technology to maximize mulching capability and reduce noise by up to 1.5 decibels.

Constructed from Boron Steel, this blade offers a balance of durability and ductility. It is a direct replacement for various MTD, Cub Cadet, Craftsman, and Troy Bilt models manufactured in 1995 and newer, and also replaces specific part numbers such as 742-0427 and 942-0741.
