Bladed Front Sway Bar and Drop Link Kit

The Tarett Engineering Swaybar and Drop Link Kit is a premium front sway bar designed to significantly enhance the handling of your Porsche 911 or 914 (1970-1989). This kit leverages Tarett's competition-proven bladed sway bar technology, introducing a new design specifically for the 911 platform. Its unique offset blade carrier allows for a longer blade with a short lever arm, providing nearly four times the adjustment range of traditional single-blade designs. Adjusting stiffness is quick and simple, requiring only the loosening of a screw to rotate the blades and change the rate. An optional cockpit-adjustable upgrade is available for on-the-fly adjustments. The kit includes a hollow, NASCAR-style splined bar that can be replaced with optional sizes to further customize the adjustment range. These lightweight hollow bars offer the same stiffness as solid bars but at half the weight. Complete with fully adjustable drop links to eliminate suspension preload, this kit features precision, Teflon-lined rod-ends that ensure smooth, quiet operation and long life without the wear or rattling issues found in lesser designs. The bearing blocks, drop links, and blade couplings are CNC-machined from aircraft-quality 6061-T6 aluminum for an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. Thermoplastic bushings with Teflon and Kevlar reinforcement provide smooth operation, durability, and resistance to deflection under heavy loads. All necessary hardware is included, zinc-plated to metric class 8.8 standards, for a complete bolt-in solution that connects to factory swaybar points.
