The aFe Power BladeRunner GT Air-Water Intercooler is engineered to provide a performance edge for 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7L Powerstroke engine. This unit offers a direct bolt-in installation, utilizing factory mounting locations and compatible with stock charge pipes, simplifying the upgrade process. Construction includes heavy-duty 3/16-inch TIG-welded aluminum end tanks and billet aluminum inlet and outlet fittings, ensuring superior strength and durability under high heat and boost conditions. The intercooler is equipped with 1/8-inch NPT ports for the convenient addition of sensors or a water-methanol injection system. Premium clamps and silicone hose are included for a leak-free and long-lasting installation. This intercooler has been dyno-proven to deliver gains of up to 14 horsepower and 44 lb-ft of torque, enhancing pulling power and throttle response. It is important to note that this intercooler is not CARB exempt and is not for use in California registered vehicles.
