The aFe Power BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler is engineered to enhance cooling performance in 2011-2016 GM Diesel Trucks equipped with the V8-6.6L (td) LML engine. This intercooler utilizes a robust bar and plate core design, known for its durability and superior airflow capabilities compared to stock tube-and-fin designs. It offers a significant increase in airflow and effectively lowers charge air temperatures, contributing to improved engine performance. The unit is constructed with 100% TIG-welded aluminum plate tanks for maximum durability and is tested to withstand pressures of 200psi, making it suitable for high-boost applications. Included with the intercooler are necessary filter and coupler components to aid in installation. The larger core size and enhanced design aim to outperform the stock intercooler, providing a more efficient charge air cooling solution for diesel trucks.
