Description

The aFe Power BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler is designed to significantly improve the performance of Dodge Diesel Trucks from 2003-2007 with the L6-5.9L (td) engine. This intercooler utilizes a massive 3-inch thick bar and plate core, which is engineered to offer superior airflow and heat dissipation compared to stock tube and fin designs. The end tanks are constructed from durable, TIG-welded aluminum and feature a Multi-Directional Vanes (MDV) technology to optimize air distribution. This upgrade includes precision billet-machined 3" inlet and outlet fittings for a secure connection, along with stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps for installation. The kit is tested at 200psi to ensure reliable operation.
