The Supertech BG-D15/D16 is a block guard designed for Honda D15B, D16Z, and D16Y single cam engines. It acts as a support by filling the gap between the cylinder wall and the rest of the block, providing added rigidity to reduce flexing and potential cracking.

This block guard is meticulously designed and tested to support highly stressed cylinder walls while maintaining optimal engine cooling through controlled water flow in critical areas. It is made from high-strength, corrosion-resistant 6061 aluminum alloy, with computer-designed and CNC-machined construction.
