The Sanderson Headers V8RLS158 is a header set designed for GM LS engines and Mazda Miata LS conversions. This block hugger header set also fits various 1927-up classic cars and trucks. It is constructed with 16-gauge primary and collector tube thickness and a 3/8" thick flange.

The Sanderson Headers V8RLS158 block hugger header set was initially designed for Mazda Miata GM (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS6, and LS7) engine swaps, but also fits a variety of 1927-up classic car and truck applications. Constructed with 16-gauge primary and collector tube thickness and a 3/8" thick flange, these headers feature Sanderson's patented flange design, which requires no gaskets for a leak-free seal. The product is made in the USA and includes a header bolt set and collector reducer set. The available finishes include Silver Ceramic Coated, Black Satin Ceramic Coated, and Plain Steel (raw metal), with the ceramic coating recommended for its protection, thermal control, and improved exhaust scavenging. Sanderson Headers are not emissions legal on pollution-controlled motor vehicles, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance. Wrapping Sanderson Headers with any thermal tape will void the header warranty. The V8RLS158 comes with a Limited 5-Year General Warranty, provided the warranty card is returned and the product has not failed due to improper tuning, alteration, racing, misuse, neglect, abuse, improper installation, or accident.
