Block Hugger Headers

The Sanderson Headers CC1LS1 block hugger header set is engineered to fit GM LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS6, and LS7 engines. This header set is compatible with a wide range of vehicles from 1927 to the present, including aftermarket chassis applications and numerous LS engine swaps into Jeep vehicles. Its unique design ensures a tight fit with a collector that is only 7¾ inches from the flange center to its bottom. Constructed with 16-gauge steel for both the primary and collector tubes, and a 3/8-inch thick flange, the CC1LS1 headers are built for durability. A key feature is the patented gasket-free flange design, eliminating the need for header gaskets and preventing leaks. These headers are proudly made in the USA and come with all necessary hardware, including a header bolt set and collector reducer set. Sanderson Headers offers this model in various finishes, with the Ceramic Coating being recommended for its performance and longevity benefits. This multi-layer coating is applied in-house and polished to a high luster, providing thermal control, improving cylinder scavenging, and increasing the lifespan of the headers. Options include Silver Ceramic Coated, Black Satin Ceramic Coated, and Plain Steel (raw metal). This header set is not emissions legal for use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify local regulations for compliance. Additionally, wrapping the headers with any thermal tape will void the manufacturer's limited 5-year general warranty.
