It can be configured for either atmospheric or recirculating operation, offering a choice between a classic blow-off sound or factory-style operation with enhanced durability. This valve features a boost-to-side entry design that prevents valve lift under high or low boost conditions, eliminating the need to change internal spring rates when increasing boost.

This dual-function valve offers the flexibility to be configured as either a fully atmospheric blow-off valve or a recirculating valve, allowing users to choose their preferred sound and operation style. The atmospheric setting provides the classic blow-off valve sound, while the recirculating configuration maintains factory-like operation while improving durability and response. This innovative feature ensures the valve cannot lift under either high or low boost conditions, making it ideal for modified or tuned vehicles. This design eliminates the need to adjust internal spring rates when increasing boost, guaranteeing consistent performance and preventing boost leaks while promoting smooth turbocharger operation. Precision manufactured in the UK, all components are built to ensure durability and precision. The internal piston uses heat-stabilized Viton O-rings and is lubricated with high-temperature Mobil1 grease for a long service life. The valve’s durable aluminum piston design ensures fast response and reliable performance even under demanding conditions. Furthermore, the Forge Motorsport valve is fully serviceable and rebuildable, allowing for easy maintenance and long-term reliability in both stock and high-performance applications. This valve is finished in an anodized black and directly replaces the OEM diverter valve. The product comes with a Forge Motorsport Lifetime Warranty.
