It features a 54mm (2.13in) valve with a compact footprint and high flow capacity, capable of supporting up to 3500 HP. The ProPort's unique design includes a softer 4 In Hg spring to remain open at idle when the supercharger is producing boost. Its robust construction, utilizing a MilSpec diaphragm and an anodized 6000 series billet aluminum body, ensures durability and reliable performance. This blow-off valve employs Turbosmart's Boost-Balance system, which improves sealing as boost pressure increases, enhancing responsiveness and boost holding capabilities. It also features a Quick Release V-Band system for easy installation and two 1/8" NPT reference ports on a rotatable cap for simplified hose routing in complex engine bays. An optional non-contact hall effect position sensor can be added for valuable data logging. The product comes with a V-band assembly, a profiled alloy weld-on fitting, and a pink spring (pre-installed). It is important to note that this product does not have a CARB EO # and is not legal for sale or use in California on pollution-controlled motor vehicles. It is intended as a 'Race Only' product for competition use only. Buyers are responsible for verifying legal use for their intended application.
