The Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve and Kit is an aluminum bypass valve designed as a replacement for the OEM valve on BMW 235i 3.0 Petrol Turbo engines from 2014 onwards. It features a piston-based construction with OEM ECU control for actuation.

The Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve and Kit is an engineered solution for the BMW 235i 3.0 Petrol Turbo engine, specifically for models with EWG (Electronic Waste Gate) found in the F22 chassis. In extreme cases, the OEM valve can disintegrate, causing serious damage to the turbocharger. Constructed from all-aluminum with a piston-based design, this Forge valve offers significantly improved reliability over the stock unit. It eliminates the diaphragm failure point found in many OEM valves and is fully serviceable. The spring strength can be adjusted to accommodate increased boost levels. Crucially, it retains OEM ECU control for valve actuation, featuring an included electrical harness that plugs directly into the BMW wiring, making it a plug-and-play installation. This product is recommended for both stock vehicles and those with ECU software upgrades that increase boost pressure. It is available exclusively in black. Forge Motorsport also recommends servicing their valves every 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first, and offers service kits for rebuilds.
