Description

The Victron Blue Smart IP67 Charger is a 24V, 12A battery charger designed for both Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) and Lead Acid (SLA) batteries. It features an IP67 rating, making it waterproof, shockproof, and ignition-protected, suitable for use in harsh environments. The charger operates within a temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and offers built-in Bluetooth connectivity for monitoring and configuration via the VictronConnect app.

This charger utilizes an adaptive 5-stage charge algorithm, including bulk, absorption, recondition, float, and storage modes, to optimize battery health. The storage mode reduces voltage to minimize maintenance and aging when the battery is not in use, while a weekly equalization charge prevents stratification. It also includes safety protections against reverse polarity, over-temperature, and short circuits.
