The Blueprint Engines B383K700 is a "Builder Series" 383 cubic inch (CI) Stroker Crate Engine paired with a 700R4 automatic transmission package. This is a small block GM-style, carbureted engine dressed with aluminum heads and a hydraulic roller cam, delivering 436 horsepower and 443 ft. lbs. of torque with a 10.0:1 compression ratio. It features a high-strength cast iron block, which is manufactured and machined in the USA, drilled and tapped for clutch linkage, and has provisions for a mechanical fuel pump. The rotating assembly includes a cast crankshaft, 3.750" stroke, OEM type 5.700" connecting rods with 150,000 PSI bolts, and hypereutectic pistons. The Blueprint Aluminum Cylinder Heads (H8002K) have 64cc chambers, 2.02" intake and 1.60" exhaust valves, and 195cc intake/75cc exhaust runners. The hydraulic roller cam has an intake lift of .544 and exhaust lift of .555, with 230 intake and 236 exhaust duration at .050, and a 110-degree lobe separation.
