The Burger JB4PRO Bluetooth Adapter is a high-power, reliable accessory that enhances the functionality of your JB4 performance tuner. It utilizes a compact BLE chipset and fits discreetly within the JB4 enclosure, maintaining a stable connection within the vehicle. This adapter is the perfect companion for the JB4PRO free app, which was developed in-house for ease of use and simplicity. The app operates fully offline and provides essential JB4 features such as map switching, live data monitoring, auto logging, fault code management, firmware updates, and setting adjustments. Additional features include helpful descriptions for settings, performance metrics, GPS elevation/speed logging, and a "restore default settings" function. The JB4PRO adapter is compatible with most JB4 systems manufactured from 2020 onwards. It is explicitly incompatible with E chassis BMW models and older systems that necessitate a separate power wire. For compatibility confirmation with older systems, customers are advised to email a photo of their JB4 control board to sales@burgertuning.com. Furthermore, the JB4PRO app requires compatible JB4 firmware; users should verify their firmware notes for "Added support for JB4PRO free app." Note that the JB4 unit itself always retains the last selected map and settings; connection via the adapter is only necessary for making changes or monitoring data.
