This remote offers convenient control over essential audio functions, including Volume, Track selection, Play, and Pause, for both Android and Apple mobile devices. It is equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Ready technology, ensuring quick and easy pairing with your smartphone through a simple one-button process. Included with the PMX-BTUR are two distinct bezels: a hand-held option for portable use and a steering wheel bezel. The steering wheel bezel comes with a Velcro strap for secure attachment and features a ribbed, rubberized grip for enhanced stability, along with a comfortable, rubberized backer. This design makes it suitable for a variety of applications, including mobile, marine, motorsport, and motorcycle environments. The remote operates within a 10-meter (32 feet) Bluetooth range and is powered by a single CR2032 battery, offering up to two years of standby time. It is also compatible directly with the PMX-1 source unit and features LED indicators for Bluetooth pairing (green) and low battery (red). The device is built to withstand harsh conditions, boasting IP67, salt spray, and UV compliance, and is FCC, IC, RCM, and CE certified.
