The Forged SV-F line uses an advanced manufacturing technique called flow forming, where the rim of the wheels is forged at high pressure while being spun at very high speeds. This changes the molecular structure to enhance strength, resulting in lighter and more durable wheels compared to regular cast wheels. Forged wheels are made from one solid piece of alloy exposed to heat and intense pressure. The Forged SV-F wheel collection is available in 20”, 21”, and 22” sizes with a Step-Lip Profile and various custom finishes. The SL (Step Lip Concave) configuration reduces weight and features a concave spoke profile and undercut for improved aerodynamics. The SV-F series wheels utilize mono-form technology, an advanced engineering technique that creates lighter, stronger, and more durable wheels, providing improved performance, greater strength, and shock resistance for a smoother ride. The SX Series forged wheels are designed for European and luxury vehicles, featuring a multi-spoke design, custom bolt pattern, window detail, and deep concave profile, constructed from T6061 aircraft-grade aluminum. They come in various custom colors and finishes in a Duoblock configuration.
