BMC 05-08 Volkswagen Golf V 1.4L GT Sport TSI Carbon Dynamic Airbox Kit

The patented BMC CDA (Carbon Dynamic Airbox) filtering system is a cylindrical carbon airbox containing a washable and regeneratable filter. It acts as a supercharging system by dynamically drawing in a faster and greater flow of fresh air into the airbox, leading to increased engine power and torque. The filter is constructed with a "Full Moulding" system, preventing breakage at welded joints, and uses a multi-layered cotton gauze soaked in low viscosity oil, protected by an epoxy-coated alloy mesh. It filters impurities down to 7 microns, improving upon OEM filters that typically filter at 10 microns. All BMC air filters are pre-oiled and can be washed and regenerated with a BMC regeneration kit.
