It features an oiled multi-layer cotton filtration material contained within a metallic mesh, ensuring high filtering efficiency and minimal air pressure loss. The "Full Moulding" system used in manufacturing creates a single mold without welded joints, enhancing durability. The special low viscosity oil helps retain air impurities as small as 7 microns, outperforming traditional paper filters (10 microns) and synthetic filters. These reusable filters can be washed and re-oiled, offering an economical and ecological alternative to disposable filters. BMC air filters have been rigorously tested to international filtering standards (ISO 5011) and boast a 98.5% filtering efficiency.
