MIA's Description

The BMC Carbon Dynamic Airbox (CDA) filtering system features a cylindrical carbon fiber airbox and a washable, oiled cotton gauze filter. The carbon fiber insulates against engine heat, channeling cool, fresh air directly to the filter and then efficiently to the engine via an airflow deflector. This design, combined with a flexible aluminum tube connecting to a frontal air intake, creates a dynamic supercharging effect, increasing air speed, capacity, pressure, and reducing air temperature. This leads to significant gains in engine power and torque.
