The filtering material is composed of a special cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil to give you the best air permeability. BMC Air Filters are washable and reusable, perfect for high-performance applications. Compared to conventional paper filters that need replacement, BMC air filters have a life equal to that of the vehicle. Unlike synthetic filters which only stop particles larger than the micro-filter material, BMC's oiled cotton filters, through a combination of different layers containing oil, stop impurities from 7 microns up, offering better filtration and higher performance.
