BMS B46/B48 Competition Cold Air Intake

The Burger Motorsports Competition Cold Air Intake is engineered for the G chassis B46/B48 powered BMW 2 Series (2022+ 220i, 230i), 3 Series (2019+ 320i, 330i, 330e), and 4 Series (2021+ 420i, 430i), including Gran Coupe and xDrive variants. This intake system is designed to maximize airflow to your B48 engine, delivering an estimated 12+ horsepower gain and 50% more air than the stock configuration. The system features a proprietary renewable inverted cone performance filter with a built-in velocity stack for smooth air induction, contributing to improved throttle response and a dramatic enhancement in intake sound. It retains the factory cold air ducting while replacing the stock accordion hose and resonator with a smooth, high-flow 3.5" intake tube to minimize turbulence before the turbocharger. The airbox includes a clear window for easy filter inspection and a large opening on the cold side for increased air volume. For 2025 and later B46 and B48 BMW models, an additional vacuum hose connection kit is required and will be included with your order. It is recommended to select the correct vehicle year from the dropdown menu to ensure proper fitment. Included in the kit are the airbox lid with clear window, high-flow airbox bottom, inverted cone performance filter, 3.5" intake tube, silicone coupler, hose clamps, and weather stripping. Specific screws for the airbox lid and MAF sensor are also provided. For 2025+ models, a custom vacuum fitting, push fitting, vacuum line, and O-ring are included.
