BMS Billet Intake System for B58 Engines

The Burger Motorsports billet B58 air intake system is engineered to deliver noticeable performance gains for your G20/G21 M340i/M340iX and G42 M240i xDrive. This intake unlocks up to 8+ wheel horsepower, accompanied by a dramatic improvement in throttle response, turbo spool, and audible intake sound, allowing you to better hear your turbo under acceleration. Constructed from CNC-machined billet aluminum with an anodized black finish, this intake system is built for durability and a clean aesthetic under the hood. It features a substantial 3.5" inlet and utilizes a reusable BMS high-flow inverted cone filter. Crucially, the design retains the functionality of the OEM cold air intake tube, airbox bottom, and factory heat shield, ensuring efficient airflow and effective heat isolation. The system includes a billet MAF housing, a renewable inverted cone filter, a two-piece billet bracket, and all necessary mounting hardware. Replacement filters in various colors and types, along with cleaning and oiling kits, are available separately. This intake is compatible with the 2019+ G20/G21 BMW M340i/M340iX and the 2022+ G42 BMW M240i xDrive. An optional BMS Silicone Intake Pipe Hose Upgrade is also available to further smooth airflow by removing the factory sound resonator and accordion section.
