BMS Replacement Intercooler

This intercooler upgrade offers superior cooling performance compared to the factory unit, featuring a larger core and increased surface area. This design significantly reduces intercooler pressure drop and dramatically improves charge air cooling efficiency. As a result, drivers can expect immediate peak power gains of approximately 10 wheel horsepower, with potential increases of 20-30 wheel horsepower during longer pulls and back-to-back runs compared to the stock BMW intercooler. Constructed with a High Density Core, this intercooler is built for performance and durability. The dimensions for the F chassis FMIC are 21" x 6" (first step) x 2.5" (second step) x 5". The intercooler includes a hot side flow diverter valve to ensure equal distribution through the large core, even at lower engine speeds. The BMS intercooler is a direct, fully reversible replacement for the factory BMW intercooler, and all necessary hardware is included for installation.
