The Masata BMW B58 Catless Downpipe is engineered to unlock serious performance for compatible BMW models. Its construction is handcrafted and TIG-welded, featuring additional spot and crisscross welds at the turbo flange for enhanced strength and reliability. The unique Masata flex section mimics the OEM design to effectively handle extreme turbo heat and expansion, reducing stress at the turbo flange and preventing cracks. This catless downpipe is ready for a Stage 2 tune, with expected power gains of 25 to 30 bhp when paired with a suitable remap, such as the BM3 B58 Stage 2 OTS Map. The product is backed by a Masata Lifetime Warranty, underscoring its durability and quality. Installation is recommended to be performed professionally, with Nforcd in Warwickshire suggested as a fitting location. It is also advised to replace the downpipe gasket during installation. For customer peace of mind, Masata runs a compatibility check before dispatch; providing a UK registration number or the last 7 digits of the VIN at checkout will confirm fitment.
