BMW E30 Front Drift Angle Lock Kit

The Wisefab BMW E30 Front Drift Angle Lock Kit is a specialized suspension component engineered to provide significantly increased steering angle for drifting applications. This kit offers over 60 degrees of lock, a crucial parameter for competitive drifting, and is designed to be a bolt-on solution for straightforward installation. This kit enhances the vehicle's handling by raising the front roll center on lowered cars, which increases roll stiffness and allows for the removal of the front anti-roll bar for maximum usable lock. It also features revised steering geometry (Ackermann) to optimize the inner and outer wheel angles during cornering, preventing loss of speed and grip in drift scenarios. Furthermore, the geometry has been adjusted to provide good camber control at high steering angles and to mitigate steering jacking and unpredictable self-alignment control, ensuring more predictable handling. The kit includes adjustable coilover upper mounts, hub add-ons with hardware, lightweight lower control arms, assembled tie rods, and an adjustable lower control arm rear mount. For proper installation and optimal performance, it requires BMW E36 front suspension components, specifically E36 inner tie rods. The manufacturer recommends using a new tie rod and ensuring coilovers have sufficient clearance.
