Overview

The CX Racing turbocharger kit is designed for the 1984-1991 BMW E30 with the stock M20 inline-6 engine. This kit features a re-designed equal-length runner turbo manifold with longer primaries and a 6-to-1 merge collector. It includes a T4 GT35 turbocharger capable of 300-500 HP, a 44mm 8 PSI wastegate, and a 3" stainless steel downpipe. The kit also comes with a 2.5" aluminum intercooler piping kit and a catback exhaust system.

The CX Racing turbocharger kit provides a comprehensive upgrade for the 1984-1991 BMW E30 equipped with the stock M20 inline-6 engine. This system boasts a newly re-designed turbo manifold featuring equal-length runners and longer 1.75" primaries to enhance exhaust flow and performance. The manifold includes a perfect 6-to-1 merge collector with a 3" V-band outlet and an adjustable turbo elbow adapter. The kit incorporates a T4 GT35 turbocharger with a .68 A/R turbine, rated for 300-500 horsepower, and a 44mm V-band 8 PSI wastegate. It also includes a substantial 18"x11"x3" intercooler core with a 2.5" inlet and outlet, connected via a 2.5" aluminum piping kit that comes complete with hoses, clamps, and a blow-off valve. The exhaust side is covered by a 3" stainless steel downpipe and a matching catback system, forming a complete turbo-back exhaust setup. CX Racing states that this product was developed based on US model Left-Hand-Drive chassis. Fitment for Right-Hand-Drive chassis may be an issue due to potential conflict with the steering shaft, and modifications may be required. CX Racing does not guarantee fitment for RHD vehicles and will not accept returns due to RHD fitment issues. This kit includes the manifold, downpipe kit with elbow adapter, T4 GT35 turbocharger, 44mm 8 PSI wastegate, air filter, oil filter sandwich and oil line kit, intercooler with mounting bracket, intercooler piping kit, blow off valve, catback, and a set of V-band clamps.
