The Clevite AL-Series rod bearings are designed as direct replacement engine bearings. They feature a 100 percent lead-free aluminum silicon bi-metal material. This material includes 60 percent more silicon than leading competitor bi-metal materials for better journal surface conditioning. The bearings offer greater wear and seizure resistance than competitor bi-metal materials.
