The BMW Genuine Parts 32302212772 M Performance Steering Wheel offers a race-inspired upgrade for the interior of compatible BMW vehicles. Wrapped in Alcantara with distinctive ///M tri-color stitching, a flat bottom design, and a prominent blue center stripe, this wheel enhances both the look and feel of the driving experience. It upgrades over standard or sport steering wheels by incorporating premium materials and a performance-oriented design. It is important to note that if the vehicle is equipped with steering wheel heating (S248A), this function will not be retained with the installation of this M Performance steering wheel; the heating switch will remain inoperative, though no recoding is necessary. This M Performance steering wheel is specifically listed as compatible with the BMW M3 (2008-2013 models, including Convertible, Coupe, and Sedan variants with manual transmissions and 4.0L V8 S65B40A engines) and the BMW 1 Series M Coupe (2011-2012 models with manual transmissions and 3.0L L6 N54B30A engines). It is also noted to fit many 2006-2013 E9X and E82 models, particularly those with the round "sport" airbag.
