BMW M54 Sport Headers

The Active Autowerke BMW Sport Headers (11-009) are designed to replace the restrictive factory headers on BMW E46 325i and 330i models (M54 engine) to improve exhaust flow and performance. Factory E46 headers feature integrated catalysts positioned close to the cylinder head. This design creates excessive heat and restricts exhaust gas flow by combining cylinders into single pipes, limiting power output. These performance headers address this by removing the stock catalysts and are constructed from 100% polished 304 stainless steel for enhanced durability and flow. They have been dyno-tested for verified performance gains and can be paired with Active Autowerke's E46 rear exhaust for further horsepower enhancements. Installation of these headers will trigger a check engine light unless an Active Autowerke software upgrade is applied. The product includes complete mounting hardware and comes with a two-year warranty and technical support.
