BNR 600 Version 2 Turbocharger

The BNR 600 Version 2 turbocharger is engineered for the serious Mustang EcoBoost enthusiast, targeting builds capable of achieving 600+ RWHP. It stands out as the highest-flowing drop-in turbocharger option on the market for the 2.3L EcoBoost engine. Despite its size, this unit delivers impressive response, reaching around 20 psi at 3600 RPM and sustaining power across the entire power band. Internally, the turbocharger utilizes BNR's custom G30 turbine and G770 compressor wheel aerodynamics. The compressor wheel features point-milling and measures 58mm (inducer) by 71mm (exducer), with a rated flow rate of 77 lb/min. The unit includes heavy-duty wastegate actuators set to an 18 psi base, eliminating the need for an upgrade. Enhancements to the turbine housing include stainless steel construction for durability and a 3/8" inlet that requires no spacer for block clearance. The install kit also features an updated lower water line for improved fitment. Key components include a BNR G30-770 TD06R Journal Bearing CHRA, a heavy-duty dual-feed thrust assembly, and VSR balancing. It comes with a BNR TD06R compressor housing (3.5" inlet/2" outlet) and a BNR TD06R 12cm stainless turbine housing with a 34mm internal wastegate. The package is complemented by a full install kit with stainless steel oil and water lines, banjo bolts, copper sealing washers, gaskets, a heat shield spacer, and various stainless steel fasteners for the downpipe. This turbocharger is specifically designed for the 2015-2023 Ford Mustang EcoBoost. Installation requires an appropriate tune to achieve optimal performance and ensure engine health.
