The BNR PRO Tune is a custom ECU calibration service engineered to enhance the performance of the 2011-2016 Chevrolet Cruze 1.4L Turbo. By optimizing boost and fueling parameters, the tune provides significant power increases, with documented gains ranging from +20HP/TQ up to +55HP/120TQ. The service supports diverse setups, including daily-driver eco-tuning, E85, race fuel, and methanol injection, and is designed to maintain compliance with the Clean Air Act by not disabling emissions-related monitors or diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs). Hardware requirements for this tune include a BNR-linked EFILive AutoCal or an HPTuners device. Users must have access to a Windows-based computer to manage tuning software, download files, and interface with the handheld device; note that this software is not compatible with Apple operating systems or tablets running Windows RT. A data-log process is recommended after installation to ensure optimal performance through refined tune updates. The purchase includes unlimited retunes for BNR products and minor bolt-on modifications. Optional aesthetic features such as exhaust crackles/burbles, ghost cam (loping idle), or flame maps can be added for an additional fee. Once tune files are emailed, this service is non-refundable. BNR also offers an AutoCal rental program for up to 60 days to facilitate the flashing process.
