Original rubber mounts are so soft they often crack, distort, and crush so badly they often fall off! And aluminum body mounts are too harsh for street use that they tend to break and cause other components to break. Energy's specially formulated Hyper-Flex(TM) polyurethane cab and body mounts combine the best qualities of both: they're soft enough for a smooth ride, yet rugged enough for the most demanding road or track. Most sets have a strong zinc plated steel ring molded into them - for added durability and when the application requires it. Energy Suspension 4.4124G body mounts are made from Hyper-Flex(TM) polyurethane, designed to replace worn-out factory rubber mounts. They help maintain proper body and truck cab to bed alignment. These mounts are engineered to be soft enough for a comfortable ride while being durable enough for demanding conditions. The set is black and made of polyurethane. It does not include hardware, but the hardware type is zinc. Most sets include a strong zinc-plated steel ring molded into them for enhanced durability. These body mounts are a direct replacement, restoring ride height and providing improved durability compared to original rubber mounts. They are stronger than rubber and will not crack, distort, or crush like OE components. They are specifically designed for Ford F-250, F-350, F-450, and F-550 Super Duty Crew Cab models from 2008 to 2016. This kit is a performance upgrade for your truck's chassis, ensuring a more stable and controlled ride by minimizing unwanted body movement.
