The StudioRSR Tesseract Bolt-In Roll Bar is a meticulously engineered half cage solution for the BMW G82 M4 Coupe and G22 4 Series Coupe chassis. This product enhances both structural rigidity and occupant safety, making it suitable for motorsport, HPDE, drag racing, and track day events. The Tesseract cage features a modern aesthetic that complements the aggressive design of the M4 and premium 4 Series Coupes. Constructed from heavy-duty DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) round mechanical steel tubing with a 1.75" diameter and .120 wall thickness, this roll bar utilizes wide-radius bends designed to NASA Racing specifications. This manufacturing process ensures no metal crimping, tube deformation, or wall failure, unlike many competing products. It offers a true 100% bolt-in installation with an optimal 4-point mounting design and form-fitted brackets specific to the G22/G82 chassis. Installation requires the removal of the rear seat back, which contributes to weight reduction. While professional installation is recommended, Studio RSR's proprietary chromoly interlocking tubing clamps facilitate a weld-free assembly. All necessary hardware and installation instructions are included. The two-piece interlocking construction allows for direct shipping. The Tesseract cage is available in two specifications: Tesseract Spec (angled-leg, recommended for Street/HPDE) and NASA Racing spec (straight leg, preferred by BimmerWorld). This roll bar is specifically designed for the 2021+ BMW M4 Coupe and is fully compatible with the 2021+ 4 Series Coupe models (430i, 430i xDrive, M440i, M440i xDrive). It is intended for Off-Road use only. Optional upgrades include integrated harness loops, harness rings, and camera mounts, with custom color powder coating and OEM paint match options available upon request. Due to its size and weight, this item ships via common carrier freight and rush delivery is not available.
