Description

The Driftec - Bolt-In Hydraulic Handbrake is specifically engineered for Left-Hand Drive (LHD) E36 models, offering a clean integration under the factory shifter trim with a provided custom handle passthrough. This kit includes the handbrake lever, mount, hardware, a Wilwood master cylinder, and handbrake trim, along with detailed installation instructions. Options are available for fittings and lines, including inline master cylinders for various model years and brake configurations, or a remote reservoir for a separate handbrake circuit. The master cylinder is available in 0.625" for stock calipers or 0.75" for upsized calipers. Installation requires trimming and shaving of the shifter trim and console. It is important to note that this handbrake is not compatible with compact (ti) variants of the E36.
