Bolt-On 4-Link Rear Suspension System

The RideTech Bolt-On 4-Link System is a comprehensive rear suspension upgrade engineered specifically for 1967-1969 Chevrolet Camaro and 1967-1969 Pontiac Firebird models. By replacing the outdated leaf spring design, this 4-link geometry optimizes the roll center height and anti-squat characteristics to deliver a crisp, controlled ride and significantly enhanced traction in corners and during acceleration. Technically, the system features a robust tubular cradle that bolts directly between the frame rails, with lower bars attaching to the factory leaf spring mounts. The kit includes double-adjustable upper and lower bars equipped with R-Joint rod ends, which provide the low-friction movement and full-range articulation typically reserved for racing components while maintaining street-friendly quietness. The entire assembly is finished in a durable satin black powder coat and is compatible with mini-tubs. This kit is intended for use with coil-overs or ShockWave air suspension units, which are sold separately. For those using aftermarket axle housings that lack factory-style leaf spring pads, optional weld-on lower axle brackets (Part #70010122) are available separately. An optional Ford 9-inch housing and axle package with pre-integrated 4-link brackets is also offered for simplified installation.
