Bolt-On Ball Bearing Turbo Kit

The BTR Customs TD06-BTRGC3076BB Turbo Kit is engineered as a direct bolt-on upgrade for the Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T, fitting the 2010-2014 model years. This kit integrates seamlessly with the OEM turbo manifold and bracket, ensuring a secure installation without undue stress on the manifold. Designed with extensive experience in Genesis Coupe tuning, this turbo is sized optimally for the 2.0T engine. For the 2010-2012 models with a stock engine, it can achieve over 400 crank HP at 20psi. The 2013-2014 models, benefiting from superior internal components, can handle 23psi of boost and easily produce over 450 crank HP on a stock engine. The turbo itself has a potential capacity of 500 crank HP, offering headroom for future performance builds while maintaining good spool characteristics. The kit is compatible with existing modifications, including the BK1 2.0T OEM catalytic converter/o2 housing and intercooler piping (both stock and aftermarket). While the intake inlet is enlarged to 3 inches from the stock size, requiring a new coupler, existing aftermarket intakes can typically be reused. This turbo features a built-in OEM-style Blow-off Valve, which can be utilized if an aftermarket BOV has not been installed. Alternatively, a standard Genesis Coupe blow-off valve block-off plate can be used. The wastegate includes interchangeable springs, with a 14psi spring installed by default. For optimal performance, this turbo kit necessitates the use of larger injectors and a professional tune.
