Bolt-On Ball Bearing Turbocharger Pair

The Z1 Q50 / Q60 VRX80B Bolt-On Ball Bearing Turbochargers are an upgrade for the Infiniti Q50 and Q60, offering increased peak power capabilities due to their larger compressor wheel compared to the VRX70B models. These turbochargers are engineered with precision to deliver exceptional power gains and a thrilling driving experience. They are built using entirely new turbo assemblies, eliminating the need for a core charge. These turbos feature a high-efficiency billet compressor wheel and an advanced turbine blade design within a larger .70 A/R turbine housing, significantly increasing airflow over the stock .53 A/R housings. This enhanced flow supports excellent power gains when paired with appropriate fuel systems and other modifications. The CHRA utilizes ceramic ball bearings to further improve response and reduce spool time. The build includes durable materials for longevity and VSR balanced rotating assemblies. The VRX80B turbochargers are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement, including new oil and water lines, gaskets, and hardware. However, the kit is intended for in-house installations only and will not be shipped out. Installation requires reusing the Q's existing wastegate actuator and speed sensor (on Red Sport applications), which must be configured properly. Due to the critical nature of this setup, installation by a competent performance shop is recommended. The use of blow-off valves is also highly recommended at this performance level. Specifications include a Ceramic Ball Bearing CHRA, a .70 A/R turbine housing, and a billet 7075 aluminum compressor wheel (Inducer - 53.1mm, Exducer - 71.0mm). The turbine wheel is made of Inconel 713C. These turbos are compatible with factory and most aftermarket catalytic converters. These are capable of supporting well beyond 800+hp with proper fueling and supporting modifications.
