Bolt-On Turbo Kit

The Shark Racing Bolt-On Turbo Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your 2011-2016 Elantra sedan. This comprehensive kit is specifically designed for the 1.6 GDi non-turbo engine and transforms your vehicle's power output. It includes a fully hand-made stainless steel turbo manifold, a TD05-14G turbocharger, aluminum intercooler piping, and a matching aluminum intercooler. The kit also features a turbo head gasket to lower compression to 8.5:1, an oil hose set, intake pipe set, silicone couplers, a turbo MAP sensor, and heat range 8 spark plugs. An optional SYSTEM-UPGRADE aluminum blow-off valve and air filter are also available. All primary components are manufactured in Korea, ensuring quality and durability, with the exception of the spark plugs, optional air filter, and the turbocharger itself. This is a complete bolt-on system, simplifying installation. The estimated power output for manual transmission cars is approximately 240-250 wheel horsepower (around 270-280 engine horsepower), with automatic transmission cars seeing about 5-10% less. Please note that ECU tuning is not included with this kit and will be required.
