The Vrp Boost Cooler Stage 2.5 Power-Max is a comprehensive water-methanol injection system engineered for all turbocharged and supercharged gasoline engines. By injecting a precisely atomized water-methanol mixture into the intake stream once a set boost pressure is reached, the system provides effective intercooling, lowering intake air temperatures by up to 60°C. This process increases effective knock resistance to levels comparable to 116-octane race fuel, allowing for more aggressive ignition timing and higher boost levels without the risk of uncontrolled combustion. The controller serves as both a system monitor and an interface for configuring boost pressure-dependent injection settings, displaying real-time data including boost pressure, injection quantity, and low-fluid alerts. The kit includes a 3L reservoir, a 300 PSI high-pressure diaphragm pump, two HyperSonic nozzles, and hard-anodized aluminum nozzle holders to ensure reliability under high-load conditions. The system is designed to improve overall engine efficiency, potentially reducing fuel consumption by 5-15% while keeping the intake tract and combustion chamber free of deposits. The kit includes all necessary installation materials, including various ProLine fittings, to facilitate a straightforward setup. It is also compatible with an optional Dual Stage Upgrade for expanded control under peak load requirements.
